superb stay
elevator access really good room ample choice
i enjoyed the many pools AVAILABLE and the beach with its elevator. I also liked the golf and spa. The room and resort were really good. IT had everything needed for great family time.
i did find the breakfast chaotic. There was constant plate banging as staff moved about. The food, meant to be hot, was cold every morning.

separate sinks rainfall shower dining experience
My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked well. The breakfast buffet had many choices and fresh options. I enjoyed the on-site sushi restaurant. It provided a standout dining experience. The location offers a superb leisure area and beach access.
The single-ply toilet paper felt subpar for a luxury hotel.

a decent stay
great choice helpful staff confusing app ply toilet
the location is lovely. the premises were also nice to walk through. the breakfast had a lot of choice (i especially liked the pastries). staff members were helpful and friendly.
the hotel app was not clear about restaurants open or closed. there were very few nice restaurants close by and a car was needed to get to them. the toilet paper provided was single ply (i found this strange for a 5-star hotel).

The breakfast was abundant with a wide selection of fruits, juices, and smoothies every day. The hotel had good facilities and was kept very clean. The location was ideal for exploring the Algarve region.
The staff did not smile and did not seem very efficient , it took a long time to check in. The room was not properly cleaned . Glasses were never replaced. The hotel app lacked clarity regarding restaurant opening hours.

direct beach access multiple pools varied restaurants
The elevator offered direct beach access. several pools (i counted seven!) provided ample swimming options. i particularly enjoyed the variety of dining choices. I appreciated the thirteen restaurants on the hotel.
